The Executive Council is the highest ruling administrative body the VBCI. They take high-profiled administrative decisions concerning the church.

The clergy constitute the ministerial body of VBCI. They comp of all Resident Pastors, ordained ministers, Bishops, Provincial Superintendents, Sector Overseers and the Apostolic Council.
